Keryon’s AI Exposure Assessment provides an initial, professionally reviewed analysis of your organisation’s AI landscape and the regulatory and governance issues that may require attention. The assessment is designed as a practical first step. Based on information about your organisation, its activities, technology and known or suspected uses of AI, Keryon examines where relevant exposure may exist and distinguishes material issues from areas that are unlikely to require significant intervention. Our analysis considers AI used directly by your organisation as well as AI that may enter your operations through employees, software platforms, technology providers and other third parties. Where relevant, we also consider the organisation’s role in relation to those systems, the purposes for which they are used, the data involved and the wider regulatory environment in which they operate.
What you receive
An initial AI Exposure Report providing a structured view of the principal issues identified during our assessment. The report will highlight known or potential AI use, relevant regulatory exposure, material governance risks and areas that may require further examination or action. It will also provide an initial indication of priorities, allowing management to understand where attention should be focused before committing resources to more extensive governance or compliance work. This is not an automated compliance score or a generic checklist. Each assessment is reviewed using senior legal and technology judgement, supported by Keryon’s AI-assisted regulatory analysis.
